The History of The Guild : hEaVeNsLaYeR (Final Chapter, 4 of 4)

Some may also wonder why the guild strength always like its never fully taken up in the past? 2 reasons: people left on their own account and also I kicked them because they are inactive. Yes, I do kick inactive players.

A major guild reorganization will happen soon and some of the names mentioned above may not be seen in this guild again. But some people are just occupying the guild slot and did not even bother to up a single level for the last 1 to 2 months. So what should I do? Probably I should in the first place recruit them into my ‘msn’ list rather than the guild list.

Trust me, being a guild leader is not fun and its very tiring. If anyone here want to form a Guild, and mbe a Master, my advise is, reconsider.

Members cannot get weapon or armour, they ask you to help them hunt. When they have no money, they ask you to lend them. LEND? If you have no intention of returning, probably the word give or spare is more appropriate. FYI, I hunt for my kage for 20 levels and I finally settle with a below average kage which I paid for it.
Members got KS, we got to help. If you do not help, members say you are lousy master. But help also must see what is the cause of the KSing? If its your wrong, just apologize and move on. KS war is a waste of time.

Remember the good old days when 20+ people gather together to hunt the snails? 10+ people gather at the ant tunnel training on horned mushroom and zombie mushroom?
Its so fun. But when we are between level 30 to 90, we tend to engaged in KS war because people start to say CC PLS. If the map belongs to others, just change channel, though I do not like the idea, but this is to avoid wasting time on KSing each other. Of cause I am not asking my members to be coward either. If its your map and people come in to KS you, by all means take on the challenge. But try to communicate 1st (finnie21, remember I resolved the KSing of you with another guy? Its his fault so I talked to him nicely and he left you alone) Even at my level above level 100, I was KS twice. So no big deal.
Half this guild is inactive and dying, master got to scratch head.

Once I asked a friend who is also a guild master. I told her my problems and asked if she faced the same problem. Her answer is “ wo zhi sheng nan bao, how to help? ” haha . . . (translation: I cannot even help myself, how to help?)

Hope those who stay on with us, can find your belonging in this guild. For those who wish to leave our guild on own account, you can just say goodbye to me. I am usually online and I promise, I will not eat you up. And for those whom I kicked, if you are online, I will definitely say goodbye and sorry to you for kicking you. But that is provided you are online.
